Whenever we advertise a speaker fee or provide a quotation there are no hidden or additional costs. The advertised or quoted rates always include travel, lodging, transportation, and hospitality. We automatically include an ‘easy-paperwork’ discount for audiences who do not withhold taxes or other regulatory obligations.
Booking speakers with Treading Together LLC guarantees you will receive the industry’s highest level of fee integrity possible. We promise not to raise a fee just because ‘you can afford it.’ Our speakers promise to deliver the same experience to every audience, every time, without unnecessary ad hoc fee adjustments.
Each speaker’s fee assumes arrival one day in advance and departure one day following the scheduled event. Discounts are available for bookings that require reduced travel.
Fees remain subject to change until a complete booking agreement and any applicable deposits have been received by Treading Together.
