After twenty years of experience on-stage Conrad’s specialty is to inspire, motivate, and educate. Her contagious enthusiasm sparkles. She is a specialist in encouraging others to go for their dreams and fulfill their own unique potential.
As a published children’s author Conrad draws from children as a personal source of inspiration and motivation. Her passion for passing that inspiration and motivation on to those of any age is evident. In her first book The Lemonade Stand (pictured right) Banana and Spike, best friends, decide to start a business selling lemonade. The lessons learned from youthful entrepreneurs are applicable to young adults and seasoned professionals in any setting. Conrad challenges her audiences with six questions inspired by the life of our country’s young and talented.
